- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in leading and facilitating significant complex projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in the application of improvement and redesign methodologies; critical analysis of complex issues, identification and management of safety and quality risks and issues, and influencing system and behavioural change.
- Proven track record in collaborating, influencing, and communicating effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, coupled with excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated high-level experience leading and guiding strategic service planning and review in large and complex organisations.
- Proven ability to facilitate and integrate quality improvement and change solutions through collaborative and facilitative approaches.
- Demonstrated advanced organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently, while being adaptive to changing environments.
- Evidence of a strong commitment to expressing, modelling and reinforcing the Network values of care, respect, honesty, clear communication and professionalism.
