Selection Criteria:
-
Bachelor of Science Degree in the physical or biological sciences or extensive equivalent experience.

Prior experience in a cGMP regulated industry, preferably in biological or pharmaceutical drug development.

Knowledge and experience in performing analytical techniques used in tissue culture, flow cytometry, ELISA’s and PCR and good Aseptic techniques appropriate for sampling and testing of sterile products and aseptic facilities.

Experience with TGA guidelines with the ability to understand and interpret cGMP guidelines regarding quality control activities and drug development processes and familiarity with ICH guidelines will be highly regarded.

Excellent organisational, record keeping, and project management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.

A high standard of written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a dynamic team environment.

Excellent attention to detail and proven flexibility and adaptability.

Advanced computer system skills are required and experience with Ideagen’s Q-Pulse quality management software will be highly regarded.
