Psychologist - NF1 Research

Graduate or post-graduate qualification in psychology. Current general registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Demonstrated experience in the psychometric assessment of children with cognitive, learning and/or behavioural deficits. This includes ability in the areas of the administration, interpretation and report writing for a wide range of psychometric tests for children and adolescents.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively within a multidisciplinary team to accomplish research and service goals and improved patient and/or consumer care and outcomes.

Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated previous experience in conducting research and knowledge of research methods.

Completion of or progressing towards completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited clinical neuropsychology or clinical psychology masters or doctorate postgraduate degree an advantage.

Previous experience in the area of sleep psychology an advantage (but not essential).
