Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration - Psychologist Grade.
- Experience providing evidence - based recovery oriented and trauma informed individual and group psychological therapies
- High level clinical skills in D&A assessments. Knowledge of withdrawal, opioid and other pharmacotherapies. Comprehensive treatment planning for patients with complex presentations.
- Knowledge of the harm reduction approach to drug and alcohol problems and demonstrated experience in the provision of interventions with drug dependent clients.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem solving capabilities
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative competence including basic computer literacy and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
- NSW Drivers licence.
