Project Officer - Youth Alcohol & Other Drug Service Network

1. Project management experience, delivering effective outcomes within identified resources
2. Demonstrate excellent written communication skills including the development of clear and succinct communiques, manuals, procedures, policies and briefs in language appropriate to the end user.
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads accurately, meet deadlines and competently manage the demands of a complex and diverse team.
4. Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to formulate policy and procedures which give clarity over requirements and expectations.
5. Demonstrated commitment to the provision of excellent and responsive customer services, focused on continual quality improvement.
6. A high level understanding of current issues pertaining to Alcohol and Other Drugs service delivery, particularly in regards to youth.
7. Demonstrated experience working in Drug and Alcohol services.
8. Current licence to drive in NSW and ability to travel for work within and outside the LHD, including occasional overnight stays.
