  1. Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated extensive work experience and capability in providing project support at a senior level.
  2. Demonstrated experience in balancing complex and multiple issues whilst maintaining quality around core project work.
  3. Proven ability to manage project scope, monitor project progres, identify and manage project risk and provide appropriate advice to the Executive.
  4. Demonstrated strong strategic, organisational and planning skills with the capacity to successfully meet deadlines.
  5. Proven proficiency in using PC based software including an advanced level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, PowerPoint, spread sheets and graphics) and working knowledge on project management software (Microsoft Project) and project management methodologies.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written expression, and the ability to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.

 

An eligibility list will be created for future temporary and casual vacancies.
