Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent, relevant experience
- Understanding of contemporary issues relating to clinical and laboratory research and clinical ethics and governance at a State and National level
- Experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and be an effective team member in a demanding and high volume work environment
- Experience in preparing briefs and reports
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development and implementation of procedures, standards and practices with high level capacity to use office computing applications including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Highly developed communication (written & verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills and demonstrated capacity to manage sensitive issues and with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
