Selection Criteria:
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or project management, and relevant experience working in a complex health environment with clinical experience / sound understanding of clinical service delivery and models of care.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, project groups, external stakeholders and senior level management.

Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail

Experience in project management and the Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
-
Demonstrated performance in achieving change through application of change management principles

Understanding of planning, decanting and commissioning activities and time constraints involved.

Experience in risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies

Valid Unrestricted drivers license and willingness to use for work purposes.
