Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Health discipline with demonstrated experience in a management or leadership role in Intensive Care.

Strong understanding of contemporary issues, challenges and directions facing NSW Intensive Care Services.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.

Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of clinical practice guidelines.
