  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health and/or Project Management with significant experience in project assistance, support or management in a clinical health service setting or health management area.
  3. Advanced computer skills including word processing, email, event and meeting scheduling, PowerPoint, publisher, excel spread sheets, and experience in an electronic record management system such as TRIM.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and the capacity to effectively manage interactions (facilitate, consult, negotiate and liaise) with multiple internal and external stakeholders within coordinated timelines for delivery of quality outcomes.
  5. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, think laterally, prioritise workloads, exercise initiative and judgement, and be self-motivated and capable of working without direct supervision to meet project and business requirements.
  6. Demonstrated high level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience in meeting coordination and secretariat functions, preparation of briefs and reports, and maintenance of project planning documents.
  7. Demonstrated success from previous projects that highlights knowledge of project management fundamentals, experience in undertaking critical aspects of project support, accomplishment in contributing to project activities within a broader program, and ability to monitor project progress.
  8. Demonstrated interest and/or experience in clinical service improvement and the utilisation of health service data to drive change in the health system and/or a health care setting.
