Selection Criteria

  • Substantial experience and proven skills in managing digital communication strategies and/or marketing activity for a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven ability to effectively measure and report on the outcomes of communications and/or marketing projects and the ability to use research to inform future projects and activity.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and development of websites and understanding user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop documents including correspondence, reports, presentations, strategies and implementation plans.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high workload and prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines by displaying initiative, judgement, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • High level interpersonal, negotiation and liaison skills and the ability to use these skills effectively across multiple stakeholder groups, working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and quality outcomes.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 Licence acceptable).
