To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Relevant qualifications in Project Management or equivalent work experience in health with an excellent understanding of health care processes in a large public health organization.
  2. Demonstrated high level project management and problem solving skills and related experience with capacity to successfully manage diverse, complex and competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  3. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, negotiation, stake holder management and communication skills that support the primary business function of a large organization.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to prepare briefs, formal reports and meeting papers.
  5. In depth knowledge and practical experience of change management, workforce and business redesign.
  6. Proficient in project management and computer applications including PRINCE2, Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
  7. Extensive experience in supporting delivery of business outcomes, to time and expected levels of quality, including a high level of knowledge of risk and issue management processes.
  8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
