  1. Tertiary qualifications in administration, business, and/or project management and experience working in a diverse and fast paced support role.

  2. Demonstrated ability to manage time, resources, and priorities in the planning and coordination of the delivery of virtual and face-to-face program(s)

  3. Proven ability to take initiative, and be flexible in adapting approach to maximise engagement with stakeholders.

  4. Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to exercise judgement in decision making and problem solving across the program(s) life cycle.

  5. Excellent communicator with professional verbal, written and interpersonal skills, promotional emails, articles, and newsletters, reports, presentations, and support the facilitation of meetings, and programs.

  6. Strong ability to develop and maintain relationship with team and key stakeholders, and commitment to values-based ways of working in alignment to the NSW Health CORE values.

  7. Demonstrated ability in the use of contemporary computerised systems, including experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Skype and SharePoint), recruitment, rostering, and/or learning management systems. Experience with moderation of virtual platforms such as Zoom, and live polling such as Slido desirable.
