Target questions:

1. Please describe your previous experience in developing and implementing an operational or commissioning strategy in preparation for a hospital move. What were the key activities you undertook and what lessons did you learn from this experience that could be relevant to this role?
2. This position requires you to work with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from an Executive level to clinical, construction and project management backgrounds at various stages of the redevelopment. Can you provide an example of your leadership style, and how you may have engaged these stakeholders in the past?
