  1. This role requires oversight of multiple projects and initiatives under Elevating the Human Experience. These projects vary in scale and time to complete. What tools or processes would you suggest we use to manage the project cycle for many different initiatives over several years.
  2. Managing projects in healthcare has been complicated over the past two years due to the natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic. How will you ensure that colleagues and stakeholders are appraised of risks and progress across the multiple projects you will work on?
