  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or extensive clinical health experience. This includes expert knowledge of healthcare and demonstrated skills in conceptual and systemic thinking in developing and implementing innovative, practical solutions for complex, large-scale issues
  2. Proven ability to successfully lead, manage and support multidisciplinary teams within a large complex organisation
  3. Superior knowledge of health outcomes measurement, including patient reported outcome measurement and an understanding of clinical decision support processes
  4. Extensive experience in high level stakeholder management including experience working effectively using superior interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders on complex and novel projects
  5. Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex issues, distil information from diverse sources accurately and promptly and communicate this effectively, both written and verbally, with stakeholders
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, balance competing priorities and deliver within expected timeframes
  7. Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
