Program Lead Patient Reported Measures (PRM)

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience, and valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
- Extensive experience in working with patients and carers to capture their experience/outcomes and improve their care.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of projects and/or initiatives and change management.
- Extensive experience in change-management and demonstrated successful approaches to implementing large scale, complex programs.
- High level skills in conceptual and systems thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.
- Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills including the ability to resolve conflicts, competing demands and prioritising resources.
