  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience, and valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
  2. Extensive experience in working with patients and carers to capture their experience/outcomes and improve their care.
  3. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of projects and/or initiatives and change management.
  4. Extensive experience in change-management and demonstrated successful approaches to implementing large scale, complex programs.
  5. High level skills in conceptual and systems thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.
  6. Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications.
  7. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  8. Demonstrated negotiation skills including the ability to resolve conflicts, competing demands and prioritising resources.
