- Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent extensive experience in planning and management of priority population health projects, with in-depth understanding of issues impacting the health of priority populations such as culturally and linguistically diverse populations with a valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of health managers, specialists and clinicians across hospital and community multidisciplinary settings
- Demonstrated ability to develop and effectively manage complex internal, interagency and community relationships and networks to achieve best outcomes for priority populations
- Demonstrated skills in program development, implementation and evaluation with demonstrated ability to deliver defined project outcomes within allocated timeframes and resources
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and effective negotiation skills
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, engagement and consultation and consultation processes with demonstrated ability to analyse issues and prepare timely reports
- Demonstrated analytical, critical appraisal and creative problem solving skills
- Demonstrated high level of computer skills, including experience in word processing, spread sheets and databases
