If you do not include responses to the below questions your application will not be considered.
 
  1. Describe your experience in building and maintaining successful relationships with multiple stakeholders.  Provide an example of where you have had to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver a result (max 200 words).
  2. Describe a situation where you have had to address a complex industrial issue (e.g. dispute or policy formulation). How did you approach the issue to attempt to achieve a successful outcome (max 200 words).
