Targeted Questions (1-2 pages)
If you do not include responses to the below questions your application will not be considered.
  1. Provide an example of when you worked with others to resolve a challenging or new problem. Describe the actions you took, the factors that contributed to addressing the problem, and what you learned.
  2. Please give an example of a project you have helped to implement. What were the key elements you had to consider in keeping the project on schedule, whilst also managing a fluctuating workload of other tasks?
