- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or post graduate qualifications in a relevant health and/or related discipline, or extensive work experience in relevant field or a combination of work and study.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare system
- Demonstrated experience in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation at strategic, facility, program and service levels.
- Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships and working effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical, critical appraisal and problem solving skills, and high level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated advanced capability in the use of computer word processing, spread sheet, database, data analysis and reporting software.
- Demonstrated highly developed organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to deliver outcomes.
