Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Current registration as a Podiatrist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in High Risk Foot service.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout all organisational levels
- Ability to provide in depth advice and education to enhance service delivery
- Proven ability to lead small teams
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share QI initiatives and service evaluation processes and lead ongoing QI activities with other staff
- Demonstrated student supervision and staff training skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a sole practitioner with advanced reasoning skills and ability to be able to operate autonomously with minimum direct clinical supervision
