To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Demonstrated experience in maintenance of large building complexes, commercial, industrial and in a Hospital Facility or equivalent.
  2. Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision and in a busy team environment.
  3. Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Knowledge and experience with Computer based systems.
  5. Metal roof plumbing experience.
  6. Ability to read and understand schematic drawings.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and independently initiate and prioritise actions to complete complex tasks.
  8. Additional trade qualifications including plumber's license; Thermostatic Mixing Valve Licence (TMV); Back Flow Prevention Certificate (BPD)
