To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance of large building complexes, commercial, industrial and in a Hospital Facility or equivalent.
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision and in a busy team environment.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Computer based systems.
- Metal roof plumbing experience.
- Ability to read and understand schematic drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and independently initiate and prioritise actions to complete complex tasks.
- Additional trade qualifications including plumber's license; Thermostatic Mixing Valve Licence (TMV); Back Flow Prevention Certificate (BPD)
