Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with current professional registration.
- Demonstrated ability and relevant experience in the supervision, leadership and management of staff and resources within a team or unit.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of Physiotherapy services in a community health and/or aged, chronic and complex care setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in analysis, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operational and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external partnerships.
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and commitment to the application of evidence based practice, quality and risk management processes and frameworks.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area.
