Physiotherapist - Home Based Therapy, ACC&R (Level 1/2)
The ideal candidate will have...
- Postgraduate physiotherapy experience, including aged care and/or rehabilitation and experience delivering physiotherapy in the community setting.
- Demonstrated skill in the comprehensive assessment of older adults, and people with physical disabilities and the development of relevant care plans.
