Selection Criteria:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all legislative requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with information technology and familiarity with the use of pharmacy software eg iPharmacy system
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of dispensing/issuing of pharmaceuticals in a hospital or community pharmacy setting or equivalent experience
- Recognised qualifications in the field or qualifications deemed by the employer to be equivalent (as per award) will enable appointment as a Pharmacy Assistant Grade 2 or as a Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 or 2
