- Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g Bachelor of Pharmacy. Must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.
- Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated satisfactory experience in clinical hospital pharmacy practice in renal medicine or equivalent.
- Demonstrated good therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change
- Excellent time management with attention to detail.
