To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff, and patients and carers
- Experience in the provision of clinical ward Pharmacy services in a hospital setting consistent with the Standards of Practice of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia
- Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and experience in applying that knowledge appropriately to clinical settings
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and to supervise the activities of support staff
- Proven organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise according to Organisational needs
- Demonstrated understanding and application of quality improvement methodology
