Selection Criteria:
- Hold a current Class 1A NSW Security Licence, current First Aid Certificate and a current valid Class C Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively and safely managing confrontation and aggression.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, co-ordinate and supervise staff within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating appropriately and effectively in a wide range of complex situations.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the use of computer systems, access control systems, CCTV and Fire Indication panels.
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, staff and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in providing input to improve systems or processes in the workplace.
- Demonstrated experience in effective conflict management.
