- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or Psychologist with a master's degree in clinical psychology or clinical neuropsychology or eligibility for membership to AASW
- Demonstrated post-registration clinical experience in mental health service delivery including substantial experience in perinatal and infant mental health clinical service and COPMI service provision.
- Demonstrated experience in consultancy across a wide geographical area.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and experience in consultation, liaison and negotiation at all levels of an organisation with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proven track record of completing the full cycle of clinical practice improvement on a variety of projects; of being able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated clinical and strategic leadership skills and a demonstrated commitment to clinical supervision.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
