Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the data captured in the major health data systems used in NSW Health particularly activity based funding streams, patient activity data and casemix.
- Demonstrated skills in business process review including process mapping, gap analysis, development of policies/procedures and standards.
- Expertise in the development, building, querying and maintaining of reports and databases using statistical software packages and office computer systems such as the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using the Health Information Exchange (HIE).
- Demonstrated experience in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timelines and workloads, in a high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, facilitation, inter-personal and communication skills in understanding requirements and providing solutions to client needs with a demonstrated record in delivery of quality customer service, meeting customer expectations and the ability to work with a team.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience.
