Selection Criteria:

Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them

Lived experience of a mental health problem or of supporting a child or young person with a mental health problem and ability and willingness to share aspects of your recovery experience with others, individually and in groups.

Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective working relationships with a diverse range of people, including people using PCYMHS services, their families and support people, clinicians, managers and community members

Understanding of the issues faced by children, young people, their families and support people that are receiving or involved with inpatient or community mental health care and the ability to manage challenging situations.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate group activities across inpatient or community settings.

Demonstrated organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer and internet literacy
