Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in a health related discipline or project management applicable to the role.
- Experience in the health care sector, with demonstrated ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams and to influence other health professionals.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and ability to manage successful outcomes in complex projects across a broad range of workforce planning, clinical education and reform initiatives.
- Experience in the delivery of projects within timeframes and budget, demonstrated effective organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and report and brief writing.
- Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice to senior management on a range of complex workforce planning, clinical education and reform issues.
- Demonstrated ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices, including workplace culture and ethical behaviour.
- Hold a current driver’s license valid in Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
