Selection Criteria
- Computer literacy to be able to work in an electronic/computer based paperless processing environment.
- Ability to work in a customer service role, including well developed interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to work relationships whilst demonstrating HealthShare Core Values.
- Potential to work in high volume data processing environment, and deal with conflicting customer demands and strict deadlines.
Successful candidates will have the ability to display the potential to meet this criteria.
