Selection Criteria:
  1. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  2. Outcome driven with strong analytical and conceptual skills. This includes the ability to analyse and interpret information from different sources and formulate strategies to address arising issues.
  3. Demonstrated competency in use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office and previous experience using Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  4. Previous experience in revenue collection and reconciliation processes and/or a willingness to learn.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and sound negotiation, with a strong commitment to customer service and raising revenue.
  6. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to workplace issues.
  7. Capacity to work under minimal supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
  8. Availability to work various shifts across a seven day roster.
