Selection Criteria:

 

  1. Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding environment
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
  3. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
  5. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with policy and procedure
  6. Effective time management skills and the ability to use initiative to problem solve
  7. Ability to work in a team environment
