Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- Post-registration qualifications in relevant speciality field.
- At least 3 years full time equivalent experience working in the Paediatric specialty.
- Commitment to champion, educate and lead a multidisciplinary team to improve patient's outcomes as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities according to best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, carers and a diverse of health care providers.
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical practice development.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision maintaining involvement within the wider multidisciplinary team.
