Selection Criteria
  1. Recent practical work experience in supporting organisational development initiatives in a large diverse service industry organisation and/or tertiary qualifications in a relevant area or progression towards same.
  2. Experience in coordinating, designing and delivering training programs.
  3. Strong computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office applications, Learning Management System/s and with a HRIS.
  4. Sound problem-solving skills and forward thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information, use strong written communication to prepare correspondence/reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  5. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  6. Proven engagement, collaboration and customer service skills with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  7. Proven capacity to contribute to organisational development initiatives and support implementation through teamwork and collaboration.
  8. Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
