Selection criteria to be addressed:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Organisational Development, Leadership, Positive Psychology, Human Resources Development, or related field
- Extensive knowledge of leadership practices and theory, including leadership development, and experience in translating this knowledge to deliver leadership development programs and coaching to managers at multiple levels across an organisation
- Demonstrated experience in the diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development interventions
- Demonstrated experience and practice in coaching to develop manager capabilities
- Well-developed project management, research and analytical skills and the ability to translate theory into intentional organisational interventions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience in consultation, coaching, group facilitation and presenting to large groups
- Demonstrated experience working with staff at all levels of an organisation within a complex environment, and the ability to develop trust and rapport with stakeholders
