  1. Demonstrated experience in office administration and data processing within a service organisation
  2. Advanced computer skills including knowledge and/or experience in the use of corporate software applications such as (HRIS) StaffLink, HealthRoster, eRecruit, CBORD and Oracle ordering and financial systems; and a willingness to learn new systems
  3. Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  6. Ability to make decisions regarding day-to-day operational matters and problem solving skills
  7. Ability to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature and set priorities to meet deadlines
  8. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and professional practice.
