Selection Criteria:
  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a complex health environment.
  2. Highly developed written, oral communication and interpersonal skills including capacity to prepare high level documents such as briefs, reports, submissions within short timeframes
  3. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships including the ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with managers, and internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Proven capacity with excellent leadership and management skills and building cultural safety amongst teams.
  5. Experience in establishing and maintaining RTO compliance systems.
  6. The ability to manage a team within a high pressured and busy environment, with the capacity to problem solve, organise and manage competing priorities, while meeting deadlines.
  7. Advanced skills in computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Online Training Systems, PowerPoint, Excel.
  8. Experience in the interpretation, monitoring and evaluation of policies and procedures and communicating entitlements and obligations with staff.
