Oncology Systems Technical Specialist

Selection Criteria

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in a large complex organisation.
2. Experienced in supporting hardware and software lifecycle management, mobile device management, print management with a high level of skill. Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge of these systems and services and is a subject matter expert in at least one.
3. Experience with Systems management tools including Active Directory, Group policy, SCCM and Citrix.
4. Experience in Windows server technologies in both physical and virtual computing environments.
5. Actively demonstrates a client focused approach in all activities and takes ownership to resolve client requests. Identifies and analyses client needs and offers solutions appropriate to the client's role and level of technical understanding.
6. Proactively prioritises and manages own workload (and time) and assists other team members where appropriate. Takes initiative to improve existing services and processes.
7. Experience drafting technical documentation and FAQs for both technical staff and clients.Proven experience in the understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, risk management, application configuration management and service level management. Demonstrated conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills for managing conflicting priorities and developing, implementing and monitoring strategies and solutions across complex areas.
8. Excellent interpersonal communication, verbal and written skills and demonstrated ability to consult, influence and negotiate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
