Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in specialty or management or working towards attainment or experience deemed appropriate
- Demonstrated skills in quality improvement/redesign projects and the associated change management
- Proven ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing/midwifery staff to maintain a positive workplace culture
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills including problem solving, balancing competing demands and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to assess nursing/midwifery utilisation and resource requirements within agreed targets
- Demonstrated sound financial skills with an ability to interpret financial reports
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
