Selection Criteria
- Current registration with the National Registration Board – AHPRA.
- Extensive Post Graduate Nursing experience within a Perioperative Service.
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Service Management.
- Demonstrated record of achievement in operational management, leadership, strategic planning, policy development and risk management skills at a management level with Operating Theatres.
- High developed negotiation and delegation skills within a multi-disciplinary team framework.
- Proven experience in quality management and a sound knowledge of ACHS accreditation processes.
- High level computer skills.
