Nurse Unit Manager Acute Care Community Mental Health Team
- Registered Nurse Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and relevant management tertiary qualification of equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience and demonstrated commitment to professional development and Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Extensive and recent post registration clinical experience in both community and inpatient acute settings and have knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act (2007)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, support and value the contribution of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrated effective leadership and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft applications, roster management systems and electronic medical records
- Demonstrated knowledge and/ or experience in change management and initiating service delivery models with an established service.
