Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registered Nurse Division 1.

Extensive post registration clinical experience within the acute care setting with recent experience in nursing management positions and post graduate management qualification and/or relevant experience.

Proven leadership qualities and the ability to set priorities, establish and achieve agreed objectives.

Highly developed communication skills with the ability to use critical thinking skills in problem solving.
-
Effective negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to motivate staff and maintain effective relationships.
-
Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, motivational and self-directed with workplace projects and clinical innovation which reflect person centred care priorities.

Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office computer applications, Health Support platforms and HealthRoster.
