- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Board.
- Tertiary qualifications in health management or working towards and/or combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of D&A services including experience in the management of confidential matters and sensitive political and policy issues.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and written communication skills and experience in the preparation of reports, submissions and business cases and related reports.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and manage complex state-wide or multi-site health service delivery which includes strategic planning, change management, financial management experience and achievement of measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated excellent leadership skills and the capacity to develop high functioning teams and services within their portfolio with a demonstrated outcome of a strong and resilient team culture that reflects the values of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of effective clinical governance structures and processes within their portfolio.
- Current valid NSW Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel across NSW as required.
