- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent leadership experience in relevant area
- Evidence of a strong commitment to expressing, modelling and reinforcing the JH&FMHN values of care, respect , honesty, clear communication and Professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate transformational change solutions through collaborative and facilitative approaches
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing staff development programs, including, planning , delivering, monitoring and evaluation
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing coaching and mentoring to staff. This includes experience with engaging key teams and facilitating them to integrate projects, and effectively undertake system and behavioural change.
- Demonstrated track record in, collaborating, negotiating, advocating and communicating effectively with a broad range in internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating practice development approaches and improvement methodologies.
