Selection Criteria
- Registered Nurse with a current licence to practice from Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Holds a relevant tertiary qualification or working towards same.
- Demonstrated recent experience in a nursing or midwifery education leadership role involving change management with the ability to apply complex problem solving strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate strategic nursing and midwifery education and training initiatives.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management and the ability to effectively manage timeframes and engage with key stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills including comprehensive report writing.
- Evidence of a current class C driver’s licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
