Selection Criteria:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 5 years post graduate experience, with recent experience in nursing leadership and management
- Ability to communicate effectively with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, and ability to manage competing workload demands
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of accreditation requirements for Residential Aged Care Facilities
- Demonstrated participation in the Quality Improvements process
